| Bio: | I have a blog that's more politics and media oriented than this one at www.policywank.com. You can add an RSS feed of it to your livejournal friends list. The livejournal user for that is "dcartblog". It's not too serious, just a way to force myself to express opinions on the stuff--something my online experiences have often discouraged.
B.A. in International Affairs, Master's in Latin American History, Ph.D drop out, now working for a software company. Raised by political activist labor union pinkos, I'm an absolute politial junkie. I volunteered for my first campaign at 15 and have worked on campaigns for every office from water and conservation management districts to city, county, state, and federal office.
